My background includes working as a therapist in private practice and at university and community counseling centers providing counseling for individuals, couples, adolescents, children and families, as well as working in schools supporting the mental health and social emotional growth of children.

In my private practice, I specialize in working with teens and adults who are struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, difficulty with life transitions, grief and loss, eating and body image issues. I also offer parent coaching and couple and family counseling.

I work from the perspective that the challenges and difficulties that hold us back from living a more satisfying life can be the entry way into meaningful personal and relational transformation.
